HOME MADE PRE WORKOUT PROTEIN POWDER

Semintele de CHIA si CANEPA au un continut ridicat de proteine, MIGDALEle si SUSANul contin grasimi sanatoase, pudra de MATCHA are putina COFEINA pentru stimularea energiei, iar pastaia de VANILIE ii da o aroma delicioasa! Adauga aceasta pudra intr-un smoothie inainte de a merge la sala.

INGREDIENTS

1 lingura de seminte de susan crude
1 lingura de seminte de canepa crude
1 lingura de seminte de chia
1 lingura de faina de migdale
1 lingura de pudra de ceai verde matcha
½ lingurita de pastaie de vanilie macinata fin

DIRECTIONS

Macina semintele de susan, canepa si chia pana formeaza o pudra groasa. Adauga restul de ingrediente si mai macina cateva secunde pana se omogenizeaza.
