AVOCADO BANANA CHOCOLATE PUDDING
You will need:
3 tbsp cacao powder, unsweetened (can use cocoa powder if you don’t have cacao)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tbsp agave
1. Combine avocado and banana in food processor (or blender) and grind until a smooth mixture.
2. Add cacao powder, vanilla and agave and grind again.
3. Serve and enjoy.
You can also place this in the refrigerator and save it for later. This pudding makes about 2 cups or 2 servings, if you are throwing a party or making the pudding for more than 2 people feel free to double or triple the recipe.
The best part about this dessert is the main ingredients are so good for you so you can pig out and not feel guilty afterward. Avocados are a good source of fiber, potassium and vitamin C. They also have high levels of vitamins B, K and E. Avocados are high in oleric acid which has been shown to prevent breast cancer.
